Fresh 'wet' garlic, whole stem. This is the imnmature garlic plant before it bulbs up, in summer, and later dried for storing and using as individual cloves. Enjoy this more delicate version of fresh garlic raw in salads and sauces, or cooked as you would dried garlic, or spring onions. (NB not to be confused with pungent 'wild garlic' or ramsons.)
