Florence or bulb fennel, bunch (2-3 per 400g). Succulent new season fennel: the bulbs are delicious sliced up raw in salads or slaws, or roasted to bring out the extra carmelised flavours. We sell them with the tops still on too, and all parts can all be used; snip the delicate fronds into dressings or over the top as a garnish. Also delicious with fish dishes.
