Cavolo nero 275g bag. Also known as Black or Tuscan Kale, this member of the cabbage family is now a staple in most kitchens, with all the many vitamins and minerals also found in their kale cousins. Delicious finely shredded raw, or lightly steamed, boiled or stir-fried; it also makes gorgeous crispy 'seaweed' when finely sliced, tossed in oil, salt and sugar, and roasted for a few minutes in a roasting tin.
